Divine Dennis Records was founded by Mahara (Mary Monroe-Shannon) in February  2010, in memory of her father Dennis Monroe.  Dennis was a locally well known musician who's kindness, and music touched the hearts of many people, for over 35 years. 

  The main instruments Dennis Monroe performed with were guitar, mandolin, banjo, violin, and renaissance lute. Not only did he play almost every genre of music, he also wrote and arranged a myriad of songs.  A collection of Dennis's music called "Dennis Monroe, A Lifetime of Music" available to order through this website.

  This record label's main purpose is to promote, and record the music of Dennis Monroe's children, who all have his musical gene.  His children are Nicholas, Mahara, Michael, and Suzanne Monroe.
